By accessing, browsing, or using the zet baji website at https://zet-baji.com (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you ("the Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zet baji ("the Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Access to the Platform is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino games, RNG casino games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus features.

These Terms & Conditions must be read together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, tournaments, or promotional offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

zet baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, other than by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of zet baji is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zet baji is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under 18 years of age is completely prohibited. zet baji operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where zet baji's services are explicitly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee, director, or contractor of zet baji or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or business partners.

zet baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Documents accepted for age verification include, but are not limited to, a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts suspected of being held by individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any funds in a suspended underage account will be returned to the payment source used, with all winnings forfeited.

Players who register a zet baji account represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on zet baji, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on zet baji. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and balances will be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, valid date of birth, accurate contact email address, and a functional mobile number at the time of registration. This information must match the documents you provide during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zet baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered contact details up to date. zet baji communicates important account notifications, verification requests, and promotional information to your registered email address and mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay withdrawal processing or verification.
• Account non-transferability: Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

zet baji employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, or at any point during the lifecycle of the account at the Company's sole discretion. Players must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide the required documents within the timeframe specified in the request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

zet baji supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), BTC, and ETH. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. No minimum deposit threshold applies to cryptocurrency transactions above the relevant network's dust limit.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to mobile banking channels are typically processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• No platform fees on withdrawals: zet baji does not charge any platform-side fee on withdrawal transactions. Players receive the full amount requested. Network fees on cryptocurrency withdrawals are absorbed by zet baji.
• Same-method rule: Where technically possible, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings on zet baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless a cryptocurrency wallet is used, in which case the relevant cryptocurrency denomination applies.

zet baji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and informed of the steps required to resolve it. Unresolved KYC documents submitted after the deadline specified in a verification request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. The player may resubmit once valid documents are provided.

Deposits made in error by the player (for example, a deposit exceeding the player's intended amount) are not automatically reversible. Players should contact the zet baji support team as promptly as possible via live chat or email at [email protected] to request a review. The Company's decision regarding error deposits is final and binding.

zet baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Prohibited bonus activity: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Players who have opted out of marketing communications are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses unless they opt back in.

zet baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that player's existing bonus balance.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on zet baji are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is only confirmed once the Platform has acknowledged its acceptance and a transaction record appears in the player's account history. In-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event at the time of placement.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of submission are the odds at which the bet will be placed, provided they have not changed before the bet is processed. If odds change between submission and processing, the player will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to, the cancellation of an event, the suspension of a market, data feed errors, or the discovery of a palpable error in the odds. Void bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake.
• RNG games: All RNG (random number generator) casino games on zet baji use certified random number generation systems. Game results are determined solely by the RNG output and are not influenced by bet amounts, player history, or any other variable outside the game engine.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or sports bet, the outcome of the round or bet is determined by the server-side record, not the player's client-side view. zet baji is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Maximum winnings: Regardless of stake size or odds, maximum single-event winnings may be capped at a level determined by zet baji at its sole discretion. Where a cap applies, it will be displayed in the relevant market or game interface.

zet baji reserves the right to settle any bet or game round at its sole discretion in the event of ambiguity, dispute, or technical error. The Company's settlement decisions are final and binding on all players. Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zet baji Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering an account using another person's name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a way that guarantees a risk-free return regardless of the sporting or game outcome.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or roulette, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an advantage not intended by the Company. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with zet baji.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the zet baji support team or other players on the Platform in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking tool to circumvent geo-restrictions or account blocks imposed by zet baji.

zet baji employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, zet baji reserves the right to freeze account funds, request additional verification documents, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable. The Company's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

zet baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the request of the account holder themselves, including where the request is made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose zet baji to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (including pending bonus balances and associated winnings) will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach — for example, as a result of a voluntary closure request or a change in the Company's operational scope — the real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the zet baji support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within two business days. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion instead, which provides additional protections — see our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

zet baji is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to retain account data for a minimum of five years following closure for compliance and audit purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
